Help & Policies

No. Thoughtful Days Co. tools organize information and help you explore scenarios. They do not replace your judgment or advice from a licensing agency, attorney, accountant, tax professional, financial advisor, or other qualified professional.

Regulations and agency guidance can change. Any licensing information included in a product reflects the sources and version identified in that product. Thoughtful Days Co. periodically reviews relevant licensing rules and makes a good-faith effort to identify and communicate applicable updates. However, you are responsible for confirming current requirements with the appropriate licensing authority before relying on the workbook for an operational decision.

First, review the instructions and confirm that all entries and settings are complete and accurate. If the issue continues, email thoughtfuldaysco@gmail.com with your order number, Excel version, device type, and a screenshot that does not reveal private child or family information.

Please do not email names, birth dates, medical information, or other confidential child or family records. Use fictional or redacted sample information whenever possible when requesting technical support.
